B2B SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to B2B samples, wholesale orders, OEM/ODM projects and custom product orders supplied under the EcoCraftMind brand by JINHUA MAIKE ART AND CRAFT CO., LTD.
2. Project-Specific Shipping Terms
Shipping arrangements are confirmed for each order in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, sales contract or other written agreement. If this policy conflicts with a document confirmed by both parties, the mutually confirmed document governs.
3. Production Lead Time
Production lead time depends on product specifications, quantity, material availability, customization, packaging, sample approval and payment status. Lead times generally begin only after required artwork, samples, specifications and payments have been approved or received. Any date shown on the website or discussed before final confirmation is an estimate.
4. Shipping Methods
Available methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight or another method agreed for the order. We will coordinate an appropriate option based on quantity, destination, timing and cost requirements.
5. Freight, Incoterms and Insurance
Freight charges, Incoterms, insurance, port or destination charges, customs clearance and transfer of risk are stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice or contract. No shipping method or Incoterm is assumed unless confirmed in writing.
6. Customs, Duties and Import Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes, local charges and destination-country compliance. The buyer should confirm all import requirements before production and shipment.
7. Delivery Information
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate consignee, delivery address, contact, tax or customs information and any required shipping documents. Additional costs or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may be charged to the buyer.
8. Delays
We coordinate production and shipment in good faith, but carriers, customs authorities, weather, port conditions, force majeure and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. We will communicate material changes when known.
9. Inspection on Receipt
The buyer should inspect packages and goods promptly after receipt. Visible transit damage, shortage or non-conformity should be documented with photographs, packaging evidence, shipping records and relevant item details, then reported within the claim period stated in the applicable agreement.
10. Contact
For shipping arrangements or delivery questions, contact sales01@ecocraftmind.com.
Final shipping terms, costs, timelines and responsibilities are subject to the contract and written agreement of both parties.
